THIS APPLIES ON ALL OF OUR EVENTS
If you cancel within 14 days of booking a refund will be given, minus a 50% administration charge.
Any cancellations after 14 days no refund given .
Single sex bookings of more than six must be cleared with us prior to booking.
Children:
We are unable to allow children to attend a paranormal investigation with us. All attendees must be over the age of eighteen subject to the venue.
In the unlikely event that Most Haunted has to cancel or postpone the event we will contact you to arrange a re-booking no refunds are given.
Most Haunted will provide directions to the venue if requested, however it is your responsibility to find the location and arrive on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or non-attendance.
The start time of the event will not be delayed.
Many of our venues serve alcohol and although you are permitted to drink we do ask that you limit your intake of alcohol. Anyone found to be visibly intoxicated or causing disruption will be asked to leave.
Similarly, anyone who arrives at the venue under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused entry to the event and escorted off the premises. No refunds will be given in either of these instances.
Anyone suspected of bringing alcoholic drinks may be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
If you are asked to leave a venue or premises by the management or owners of the venue due to your own actions MostHaunted will accept no responsibility and no refunds will be given.
Unless catered for by Most Haunted the quality of food and drink is the sole responsibility of the venue. Any complaints must be made to them on the night of the event.
The content and the agenda of the evening may vary from that advertised.
As these events are carried out mainly in the dark, you are still responsible for your own safety and welfare and Most Haunted and the venue will not accept responsibility for injuries caused by personal negligence.
Most Haunted or the venue does not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items. Any item left unsupervised is done so at your own risk.
Due to the unpredictable nature of these events, Most Haunted cannot offer refunds or take responsibility for any disappointment caused by lack of paranormal activity.
Smoking may be permitted at the discretion of the venue in designated areas and times only.
Smoking is not allowed during the investigations unless there is an official break period.
Due to the nature of the events and venues, disabled access will be severely limited.
These events are only suitable for those in generally good health. It is each individual's responsibility to assess the suitability of the event with regard to underlying medical conditions. Most haunted will not be held responsible for any medical conditions brought on at the event or thereafter.
Any information or opinions given by Most Haunted staff should not be taken as accurately factual. This includes information given by mediums and psychics.
Unless sleeping facilities are available at the venue we suggest you arrange accommodation and/or transport from the venue due to tiredness levels after the event.
As some of our events will take place in historic venues, you must have full respect for the building, its contents and inhabitants (this includes animals). Anyone not complying with this will be asked to leave. Any theft or damage will result in a charge for breakages, and prosecution/ and police attendance for theft.
Access to certain private areas of a venue may be restricted on the night. Anyone found to be in these areas may be asked to leave the premises.
Most Haunted may photograph and /or film anyone who attends an event and we reserve the right to publish and / or broadcast by any and all broadcasting mediums (current or future concepts included) any images we record. By attending an event you accept that we own the copyright to any and all images we record; or you may send to us, and you give to Most Haunted full and unrestricted use or your image without the need for financial or other compensation.
Bookings made for any Most Haunted events will be subject to the above terms and conditions. By booking with us you agree to accept these terms and conditions. Thankyou.
